The single and double tube plate heat exchangers can be used under the working conditions required by higher sanitary grades. Its unique design makes the heat exchanger compact, beautiful and generous, and can provide greater heat transfer performance. Its heat transfer efficiency is several times that of traditional large tube heat exchangers. It can be widely used in the heat exchange process in the chemical, electronic and pharmaceutical industries.

The material flows in the tube side, and the cold and hot media flow in the shell side. The materials and the cold and hot media pass through the compactly arranged tube bundles for efficient heat exchange to meet the temperature requirements of the process. The double tube plate heat exchanger also adopts a double tube plate design, which completely eliminates the two-way cross-contamination between the material and the cold and hot medium.

Product performance and characteristics:

□ Material: 316L tube, other 304 (subject to drawings).
□ Rated working pressure: tube side 1.0MPa, shell side 1.0MPa.
□ Maximum working pressure: 1.6MPa for the tube side and 1.6 MPa for the shell side.
□ Rated working temperature: 180 ℃.
□ Maximum working temperature: 280 ℃.
□ Finish: Ra0.5μm.
□ Simple product structure, high heat transfer efficiency, easy to use.
□ The double tube sheet design completely eliminates the cross contamination between the tube and the shell side.
□ The whole heat exchanger is smooth and has no dead corners, and meets the requirements of cGMP and FDA.

□ Heating during pasteurization of purified water.
□ Cooling of terminal point of water for injection.
□ Condensation and cooling of pure steam.
□ Temperature control of CIP cleaning liquid.
□ Temperature control of gas and liquid materials in process production.
